Our Break Fix maintenance services cover a broad range of hardware from multiple vendors, and we offer maintenance agreements that can be customized to your specific needs and duration, ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
In case any hardware item covered under our maintenance agreement experiences a fault, our team will respond promptly to fix it within the agreed-upon service level agreement. Additionally, we provide emergency support for non-covered hardware on a time and materials basis.
Our team has extensive experience in dealing with a variety of hardware types, including servers, storage, desktops, laptops, and communications hardware. We work closely with manufacturers such as HP, HPE, Cisco, Dell, IBM, Juniper, Lenovo, EMC, Fujitsu, NetApp, and many more.

- Include the Serial Number where possible
- Include the SLA level you require (NBD on-site response or fix, 24x7x365 NBD, 24x7x365 same day response etc, or we can create your customised SLA agreement)
